Removing Default Data set at config level

Hi All,

I am facing an issue about default data in VA01. Every time VA01 has to be used, a particular Sales order type and sales area is defaulted for all the users, even though it has not been maintained at SU3 or SU01. Unless I enter the sales order screen and come out, that data remains grayed out. It seems at config level it has been maintained as default data.

When I maintained Order type and sales area for users in SU01/SU3, it still gets superseded by the config data and so does not reflect at VA01.

I need the VA01 Initial Screen blank. Can anyone guide me how i could resolve this situation ?

Check whether any screen variants are created to default the data.

Hi Gopi,

You were correct. A super user had created Transaction variant as well as screen variant.

So i deleted both the variants. Issue resolved.

This does not seem to be a normal requirement.

Can you check with your ABAPer whether some enhancement is causing this behavior?

Jignesh is right this issue not belongs to Functional issue, you should have to contact with your ABAPer
