Hi Matt - yes looks like it is down - will check here at SAP and update once I get more

Hi Matt - IdM documentation team are aware of the issue. I'll check with them to see if there
is any fix coming soon. Not sure what the cause is yet of the issue.

From what I've heard this issue is affecting all of the Help Portal and they are tracking it down.  Some people are affected but not others.  So it's not been easy to fix.
