Archiving messages in SAP PO 7.4

Hi Experts ,

     anyone who has experience in SAP PO message  archiving in PO 7.4 .I tried searching for some step by step  document , but couldn't find any for 7.4 single stack ( Java) environment .

Can you please help.

Also I found out that you may use OpenText as archiving backend. However, probably any WebDAV environment will work.

Hi Jens,  I have already gone through the link .

   AAE Archiving in SAP PI 7.11 with XMLDAS

But if you can help me more on this :

1. Do this configuration in Java Stack act as a substitute to what we used to do in sxmb_adm in the ABAP stack. I guess in ABAP stack there were much more substitutes available . Do the PO java stack provide equivalent alternative ?

what do you mean with "in ABAP stack there were much more substitutes available"?

I agree with you that archiving in ABAP stack (in general, as it is not only used by PI) is somewhat more polished as the solution we have in Java stack but that's just the way it is.

You may however check interface dependent archiving which is new to PI 7.4 SP 7

Do you miss something in particular?
