CUPOSS => EWA not available

Hi,

Last week I have received mail from SAP stating that update RFC's and 2000132 note was mentioned.

As per note I have update some of RFC's but few RFC's were not available in my systems.

CUPOSS => EWA

OSSNOTE => 1_PUBLIC
SAP-OSS => 1_PUBLIC
SAP-OSS-LIST => 1_PUBLIC

SM_SP_<customer number> => 1_PUBLIC

Is above RFC's are compulsorily? Should be there in our environment?

If yes

Kindly help us creating above RFC.

Best Regards

Satya

Hi Satyanarayana,

1.-

SM_SP_<customer number> are for ISV and VAR scenario, you don't need to create it if you don't need, to check it user transaction SM_CONFIG_RFC.

2.-

SAP-OSS-LIST is created on solman_setup transaction, that is used to sync messages/incident between SAP and Solution Manager service desk/ITSM. you can create it on IMG: "SAP Solution Manager" -> "Basic Settings" -> "Connection to SAP" and:

solman_setup -> IT Service Management -> check prerequisites -> Check Connection To SAP Backbone.
