Hi guys,
we are trying to create a new track in NWDI, but we are facing some issues. While we are trying to save the development configuration, we are getting the following error message :
Unable to save development configuration: Unable to communicate with CBS (http://hostname:50000) using user "NWDI_CMSADM": Error={3} [DICONF_COMMUNICATION]: Unable to connect to proxy:8080 - proxy (Service call exception; nested exception is: java.io.IOException: Unable to connect to proxy:8080 - proxy) |
We have noticed that the error during save appears only when we tick the box for the build tool location creation.
Another thing we have noticed is that we cannot open CBS WebUI at all. There is no error message, but only a blank screen.
We will really appreciate your help towards solving the issue.
Many thanks,
Mariya Stancheva
Hi,
We fixed the issue. The problem was that in the SOA config. there was a
HTTP Proxy setting for WS. We went to the nwa -> SOA tab ->
Technical Configuration -> SOA Middleware Global Settings and
deleted the proxy.

Hello Mariya,
I would like to know is, what was the exact URL you entered for CBS at track creation. Is CBS located elsewhere than CMS where you create this track?
Further, you said that you cannot invoke the CBS directly either. Could you please check in /nwa what happens if you restart CBS ? You can do this from the "Start&Stop" application of NWA.
Is CBS running in the first place ? If not, can you start it? If not, can you provide traces ?
Please answer all the above questions.
Thank you and Regards,
Ervin
