Changes a user can make on his Fiori layout

Hi,

Is it possible to make changes on the layout or theme by the end user on his Fiori app without any enhancement? Can someone tell me more about this?

for e.g: like change the blue crystal theme to another theme? or else what other layout changes are possible?

Hi Manisha,

If your questions is "How to select a Theme for runtime". You can set a selection html page before launching launchpad.

You can reference this for how to set html page.

Hi Manisha,

Yes it is possible for  a user to change the theme to other available options. You can use Theme designer : http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-53179

Visit all the documents on the URL above, and also if you face any error using the theme designer, please visit all the discussions related to this on SCN, you will find all possible answers.In any other issues with theme designer, let us know.

Also if you have good knowledge of CSS, you can customize it as per your need.

Regarding layout following changes are possible.

Change background Logon page wallpaper

Add other logos in logon screen.

Add custom images

Change the layout of Login page

But this will be done by the developer rite? as part of enhancement? Will the customer who is using the app in real-time be able to make any changes to the theme? or select a theme from his device?

Hi Manisha,

This changes mentioned above are possible only from developer end and not the User/Customer end.
