Hi guys,

I have a problem with a Condition that appears for one customer but doesn't appear for another customer when I'm creating a Sales Order.

I'm debuging the standard code but I have not found nothing yet.

How could I solve it?

Dear Marcos:

Have you checked the information in conditions tab at item level, you can see why the condition is missing.

With this analysis you can find the reason of the missing condition.

Please check it and revert.

So, I'm an ABAPER and I don't know how to analyse it.

I have a question... If the condition appears for one customer and doesn't appear for another, it is not a ABAP problem, am I right!?

Please check it with the help of SD people.

Yes you are righ if the condition appear for one customer and does not apperar for other customer it could be due Master data (customer, material, etc) and the condition record is missing. So is not related to ABAP, except you have a custom development by ABAP enhacement.
