Nomination locked by user in Persona

Dear All,

I am facing issue and its not appearing for specific scenario or not a permanent issue.

We have customized o4ten in persona system. When we click actualize button, some time we are getting popup with the message stating it "An Unexpected behavior has been detected and you have been disconnected - Please log in again".

The system automatically coming to initial screen and when we selecting a carrier ticket and we are getting error message saying that "E: Nomination 63 items 0000000010 is currently locked by user XXXX"

When we check the in sm04 two sessions running for transaction for this user.

Please provide your valuable feedback's.

The crash you described ("an unexpected behavior...") will leave the Personas session hanging until the system cancels it when it reaches the defined timeout period. This will keep the nomination locked until this time.

I'd suggest opening an OSS incident to find out why the crash happens. If you are using the latest Personas support package, at the time of the crash you have the opportunity to download the error snapshot and you can attach it to the incident.
