CCMS Configuration

i am planning to setup the CCMS configuration in Solution manager 7.1 system. Could you please provide if you have any docs or links.

Hi Raj,

CCMS is oudated and the new monitoring framework MAI is introduced in 7.1

you shouldn't be doing CCMS anymore and implement new Technical Mon instead of old ccms based sys mon.

Hi Raj,

Process is very simple.

Install hostagent on every managed system.

Activate jobs.

Create entry in RZ21 for these system.

Create monitors in RZ20.

Create autoreaction methods from 21 and assign to MTEs in 20.

For more info, you can refer help.sap for point 4 and 5, as they remain the same.
