i have one doubt about how i can edit a "Flavor" at the screen Personas if the owner of the the "flavor" isn't mine.
like developer made a new Flavor at one transaction and support want correct some field or script, how i can do that?!

You have to go to the Personas admin transaction /PERSOS/ADMIN_UI and change the owner of the flavor to the user who wants to maintain it.
