Might be a one-hit-wonder, but I'm still curious how this could have happened (maybe some kind of lost session but the post was submitted anyway?)

The spam filter might have been magically activated.

Ahh, so the message is also displayed if the spam filter catches your post. Now it makes sense

Don't worry, sometimes it happens. Sometimes ago, it happens with a moderator and the interesting thing is that she is the moderator of this space.

I see. I'm still curious about some technical explanation, but I guess if it was technically replicable, it would have been fixed by now. Oh well.

Sometimes it goes to pre-moderation area.
