Help needed on Viewers in DMS

Experts,

Need you help on the following.

We have used %VIEWER-CONTROL% %SAPPROVIS% to view the suitable drawing/ models in NWBC Client.  But while opening a ACAD drawing system is trying to open the drawing in 3D viewer. Is there something wrong in this?

do you want to open it with the SAP Viewer or do you want to open it with your default program for ACAD?

Do you want to open it embedded in the NWBC or external in the SAP Viewer?

Hi Pascal,

There are two sets of users.  One set uses SAP ECC and another set uses NWBC.  So for same AutoCAD file I need to set both viewers.  If the drawing is clicked in NWBC, it should display there and if the same drawing is clicked to view in SAP it should open in SAP as well.

When you display an document with cv03n and double klick on the original what is happening exactly?
