Hi'
When status TECO is set the Work Force Planning is deleted.
Here:
SAP PS FAQ - Product Lifecycle Management - SCN Wiki
they inform that CMP9 should be able to "recreate" the WFP-data.
Can anyone help me how to do this?
Best regards
Lone
Hi'
I have raised an OSS-message for this issue.
The answer is that the documentation is wrong.
It is not possible to "recreate" WFP by changing the status back to REL from TECO.
They have advised some customers to create a user status TECO, with same "transaction control" as system status TECO. In that case the WFP is not deleted.
But - the documentation should now be opdated and reflect the standard behavior.

Hi,
Yes, its true . Resetting TECO to REL followed by CMP9 will regenerate capacity evaluation.
This holds true not only for workforce planning but also for material requirements generated for projects.
In case of materials we need to regenerate requirements using program RLORD035.
What is the issue with that, please specify.

Hi'
Thank you for answer. Which data do I have to use as input in CMP9 at which tab page?
I have removed TECO - status now REL.
I goto transaction CMP9 - Enter Project-ID at Tab-Page "Project selection".
Settings: Here I have a Profile (Week -2 to 20 weeks)
I use F8
But I do not see the deleted Work Force Planning informations?!
Could it be differencies in customizing?
Best regards
Lone
Hi again
Thank you for input
I have tried to change the period in CMP9. I have tried both with activites with WFP - but without Confirmation - and with conformation.
I have checked CMP2 - no WFP data
Any other suggestions? It would really be nice for us if we can get the WFP-data back
Which tables shold the data be in when TECO is set? As far as I remember the data is in tables KBED/KBEZ/KPER but are deleted from these tables when TECO is set.
Regards
Lone
