Hi gurus,
we are switching from Solman Incident management to other system and while this will happen, I need to block creating new tickets by user. Where can i set this up? I tried switching in CRMBS02 -> ZMIN0001 -> New from "No influence" to "Forbidden", but that not helped.
Could you please tell me how can I do this?

Hello Martin, have you try to delete entry in DNO_CUST04 ?
