Incident Management - blocking new tickets creation

Hi gurus,

we are switching from Solman Incident management to other system and while this will happen, I need to block creating new tickets by user. Where can i set this up? I tried switching in CRMBS02 -> ZMIN0001 -> New from "No influence" to "Forbidden", but that not helped.

Could you please tell me how can I do this?

Hello Martin, have you try to delete entry in DNO_CUST04 ?

I think, that if I delete entry in DNO_CUST04 I will disable whole ITSM, I need to disable only ticket creation.

Hello Martín, you are right

To avoid only the creation option you can do it trough authorization using the next auth object types:

CRM_ORD_PR

Sorry, I tried Inactive and also Blocked for online maintenance - nothing changed.

Also tried with SMIN instead of ZMIN.

Maybe any other ideas?
