facing issue while replicating service master from ECC to SRM

hi experts

we are using classic scenario with SRM 7.0 & ECC 6.0 version.where i am trying to replicate service master from ECC to SRM.

i have used to below steps to replicate service master.

1.with tcode R3AS  with load object DNL_CUST_SRVMAS

2. monitor the same with tcode R3AM1 status was showing success full

3.when i search services in COMMPR01. nothing is showing under service type.

even i checked in B doc.but i didnt get any error.

even in log slg1 shwoing 0 record.

please suggest .

Hi,

the object you replicated is just the customising for the service master. You also have to replicate the service_master object.

thanks for input.

now i have tried with load object SERVICE_MASTER.

it status showing - wait.

sowing additional information -Parent not O.K.:DNL_CUST_PROD0

what could be the reason?

you also have to do the DNL_CUST_PROD0 first .

Hello Vijay Patil,

      There are step process which has to be followed while downloading the materials.

DNL_CUST_BASIC

DNL_CUST_PROD0

DNL_CUST_PROD1

SERVICE_MASTER

step by step it will download and once the first is done then only you should proceed with the second one
