Installation error

hi

I am Installing SAP GRC 10.1.with NW 7.41 ABAP stack on linux server with Oracle 11.2.0.3 as database

I m doing a distributed installation, and have completed Central instance and database instance install.

Now when i  am doing the Primary application server install , i am getting this error on "ICM Userstore " creation step.

Can someone suggest resolution

Hello Tushar,

This is installation media issue.. it might corrupt media...

Download media again and restart installation.

Note: Make sure copy media locally on server...

Replace Kernel Files to Latest Version and try again. It Will resolve the Issue.

Hi,

Please check the file libsapcrypto exist at location /usr/sap/D00/exe, if not then down load SAPCRYPTO SAR file from SMP and uncar it, copy the libsapcrypto.so file at location /usr/sap/D00/exe

Do we have any other tool for NW 7.41?

No, you are correct.. SWPM should be used.

Can you please attach log file dev_sapinst to this thread.
