APO Data View Roles

Hi Experts,

Need your help. Would like to know how to set Auth/Roles for specific users to access only or give change mode authorization for a specific data view and specific KFs and Characteristics/Level in Interactive planning Book.

Ex.

1)      Enable to authorize users to access specific planning book / data view only or has full modify access, else would be display mode only

2)      Enable to authorize user to access individual key figures by the following.

Key Figure	Sales Org	Business Unit	DC	Customer	remarks
sales	Y	Y			Regional Team only
sales adjustment	Y	Y
shipment	Y	Y	Y	Y	Country users/regional Team
other inventory	Y	Y

Dear Kris,

You can also go to txn /SAPAPO/SDPPLBK and assign users accordingly.

There are more options in Easy Access

APO--->Demand Planning--->Environment--->Current Settings

Dear Kris,

You can use RSECADMIN transaction to control authorization at CVC level.

For Planning book and data view level control you can use following authorization objects"

C_APO_IOBJ "KEY FIGURE CONTROL

C_APO_PB   "PLANNING BOOK AND DATA VIEW
