dispatcher emergency shutdown gateway could not be started - I better exit

After restart of SAP I've got following - gateway could not be started - I better exit now.

I increased page size to over 12 GB and upload new kernel ver 95. At dev_disp I'ver got following * ERROR => DpAsCreate: CreateProcess (3: No such process)

***LOG Q0I=> DpAsCreate, CreateProcess ( CreateProcess 3)

Check the Database has started correctly and check the service user for it has the correct credentials.

first check

1) R3trans -x

2) check latest log files in work directory, pl paste logs from dev_rd, startsap.log, stdr*

3) which OS/DB/R3 application.
