Launchpad - SupportTicketAdapter.js

Hi all,

I have an issue opening my Fiori launchpad. When I open the URL the Fiori "flower" does not stop loading. In the console I get the following error: 


GET http://sapfiogw.ls.lagaude.ibm.com:8000/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/adapters/abap/SupportTicketAdapter... 404 (NOT FOUND) sap-ui-core.js:27

  1. Uncaught Error: failed to load 'sap/ushell/adapters/abap/SupportTicketAdapter.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/adapters/abap/SupportTicketAdapter.js: 404 - NOT FOUND



I am a little bit confused, because I did not get the error the last days. The SICF service "ushell" is still activated. Google and SCN did not show any solutions..

- Why does Fiori launchpad need the SupportTicketAdapter.js?

- How can I fix the problem?

Hi Michael,

I think UI add-on SP08 is not setup correctly.

Please make sure you apply mandatory notes and SAPUI5 library is 1.20.8 or above.

I upgraded SAPUI5 to version 1.20.9 and checked the relevant notes, but there is still no success.

Any further ideas?

Hi Michael,

Check SAPUI5 library version by Shift+Ctrl+Alt+P.

Did you apply each SAPUI5 library notes?

I checked the SAPUI5 library version. It is 1.20.9.

I checked the notes as well, but I could not find a missing one...

Any further ideas?

Hi Michael,

I do not have further ideas. Please create a customer message in SAP Service Marketplace and get a help from SAP support.

Please share the solution when th eisuues is fixed.

we are having the same issue here after updating to 1.24.4 was your OSS ticket successful ?
