Hi Experts,

After patch upgrade, we are facing a problem while login to the R3 PRD system.

Attaching the error. it is not login after giving user name and password.

I have checked the setting in SICF..Any services needs to be activated after patch upgrade.

Quick response will appreciated.

Hi Hemanth,

Is the issue solved?

Check for oraarch directory(offline redos) if oracle is full as system hangs since it wont be able to write any more logs.

If not, check for other directories also whether they are full and clear file system space accordingly

Hi Hemant,

Try to login and please attach the error message which you receive here. If you do not receive an error message but are trying to login to R3/ECC via URL maybe in portal you should check your certificates in strustsso2 if still valid and also at bottom right hand corner of your browser if certificate is still valid.

Please provide more information so we could assist in timely manner.

Kind Regards,

Johan

Hello,

I did not see any problem in attached JPG. I see just login page.

Which version of Netweaver Portal and which OS are you using?

Try to send more information about the problem, like some error message...

Kind regards

Hi Kamil,

Thanks for response...

Actual after enter the login id and password and after hit on the login page.

It is stuck on the same page not moving from that page.

Don't have any logs to add it.

So I want to know after patch upgrade any services we have to reactivate to login to the page???

Hello Hemant,

You should not need to reactivate services in SICF, as far as I know.

What did you apply at this "patch upgrade"? Did you update the SAP kernel? Or did you perform a system upgrade? Or you just applied some SAP notes?

Which was the previous version, and which is the current one? Or which SAP notes did you apply?

Cheers,

Isaias
