SAP Fiori Purchase Requirision data not show

Hi Team,

SAP Fiori Purchase Requirision all configuration i have done.

I am creating Purchase Requirision using t-code me51n. and then that purchase Requirision came in Work Flow properly.

but from Browser  http//<IP Address>:<Port> /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ui5_mm_pr_apv/index.html?backToHome=true data not display.

i have configure proper TS/Task Type  id to  scenario. but Still data did not showed.

the problem resolved.

In SPRO

Sysytem alias  not proper. and wrong system alias aeeign to Scanerio definition .

Hello Team,

My Work Flow Team had made New WorkFlow with New TS id.

I have assign/added  new TS id on Scenario Definition & Approve Requisitions Apps in above image.

but still data not come.

did i miss any configuration anywhere?

Hi Pankaj,

Since you said that there is no error and just data is not returned, it is possible you don't have any workitems pending for approval on your name.

Check in SBWP if you have any pending workitems on your name. If it shows up in SBWP, it should show up in the app too.

i have checked  SBWP in my system.

There are  multiple Purchase  Requisition available for Approval.

i can approve that PR from SAP GUI.

but still can`t getting on Fiori from Browser.

Hi Pankaj,

You are trying to configure task id for Overall release, which is not possible in Fiori - Approve requisition. Your workflow is fine and it will come in your inbox also , but it won't show in the fiori app.

Fiori standard approve requisition will only support Item level approval. Overall release is yet to come.

For standard workflow you can try for TS00007986. This will work, or you need to create a custom Item level approval like the one you have done for overall.

New UI supports both overall release and ltem-level release.

I agree Masa, Pankaj is using UIAPP002 which will have only Item level approval.

  : Please use new UI in order to use Overall release of the PR approval.

Hi Guys

i run t-code swia.

when i create PR on system.

it call WF. Mension in Screen short.  Data came in Item Level on WF.

.

i Configure it also but still data not came.

2)  When i Try to create PR in Fiori Using New UI.

i am testing it on below URL.

This URL is old UI .

You need to install new UI component. your new url should have ushells instead of ui5_ui5 and could be launched from launchpad only, not separate url (need to tweak settings in order to run on different URL)

New URL : /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html

Once you install : UIX01EAP ( New UI component ) Overall release also possible.

For now your UI component is old : UIAPP002 (Only item level possible)

Also  i see that you have configured Item level task id 7986. For this issue, I guess you are using wrong system alias. Please show your system alias configuration.

Provide the snapshot of "Manage sap system alias" : Path : Gateway-> Generic Channel->Connection settings ->SAP Netweaver GW system to SAP system -> manage system alias.

PS : System alias to be configured in Scenario definition should be of software version : /IWPGW/BWF

Please use SCHANDECCDEV1 as your system alias in scenario definition and remove the other one. Keep only one entry.

Also in the backend system please configure your task id in the Approve requisition app.

Path : SPRO -> MM -> Purchasing -> Purchase requisition -> Approve requisition app -> Specifiy workflow task id for approve requisition app.

you cannot use launchpad with the old component.

You need to upgrade to UX.

Hi Pankaj,

After you install UIX01EAP and specify the task in the MM customizing, it will work. You do not need to spend time for old configuration.

Also, you can debug the odata service to get the root cause.

I think user has all the right roles. because using same user i have created Purchase Order Fiori Apps on multi level Aprovel and that  Fiori PO working fine.

how  can  debug the odata service to get the root cause?

and also please guide me on

I read some where in blog (SCN) . you have installed UIX01EAP UI add-on package.

is it compalsory.?

or any different problem any where?

Hi Pankaj.

below explains odata troubleshooting:

SAP recommends to use the latest UX addons. Its not mandatory for wave 1 apps , but its advised to use them as all the wave 2 and wave 3 apps require those.

It would be best if you install the latest UX packages.

Apart from this you can check if the WF is working correctly in ECC, with correct agent assignment and release strategy.Also,check the roles assigned in scenario definition for PR.

Hi Pankaj,

Why do you have 2 system alias defined.

It should be pointing to the local sap gateway alias.

Also, Please provide screenshot of scenario definition.

Hi Pankaj,

Your settings seem correct , just cross check if the alias used is the correct one.

If all this is in place , then you need to check /iwfnd/app_log to see the result of this fetch.

I would also request you to test the odata service directly from /iwfnd/maint_Service to see if you are getting any data there.
