Background jobs for sales orders

Dear sd experts

i know how to create batch jobs for delivery by using VL10BATCH T.code and For billing By using VF04/VF06 To create variant and we proceed Sm36 and sm37

But once created quotations i want to create sales orders Background so i don't know where i will create variant for sales orders please guide me

But i want some clarity Because this will be done by abapers ?

Hi Madhuri,

There is no standard program available to set up background job for sales order

there are couple of Function module and BADI's available for which you have to create a Custom program by calling any one of the Function Modules and BADI

BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1

SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE

call this custom program in SM35 to schedule a background job

There is a std function module SAP provided for creating the sales order "SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE"

Have you tried to use it
