return delivery text from material document is not passed to SUS

when a return delivery is done in r/3 system the reason for return delivery text from material document is not passed to SUS

if we activate a Badi BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADI we are getting a error in Sxmb_moni which asys as follows

An error occured within an XI interface: An exception with the type CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_TYPE occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause Programm: SAPLBBP_BD_MAPPING_SAPXML1; Include: LBBP_BD_MAPPING_SAPXML1F46; Line: 7

we have applied the following note also

Note 940418 - EBP XML inbound error for OrderResponse/POConfirmation

Note 951868 - Unable to create Purchase Order Confirmation BADI

but still the error remains the same.

would like to know if there are any possible ways of passing the text from r/3 to SUS

Can you please paste the short dump details in detail ?

I have not tried, but i guess, it's not possible to transfer the return delivery data from R/3 to SUS.

Have you raised any OSS message with SAP as well yet ?

we r using sap 4.7 as our backend as srm 550 as the SUS server as i toldyou i am getting the following message in SRM SXMB_MONI and the message status is red

Seems to be a bug in the system. I will look for some OSS notes

Please save the complete dump details in ST22 transaction in a text file and then paste the details for better understanding.

Please raise an OSS message with SAP as well.

I think I missed the main point.

Which method are you using in the BADI ?

I do not remember that we have an object for Return Delivery in SUS. So, where are you trying to update the reason ?
