EasyDMS upload file issue

Hi experts,

I want to add an .jt file to an folder in EasyDMS.

I try to apply but then getting this message:

RH is defined in customizing like below

In PLM WebUI it works fine and I can check the .jt in.

Do you have some idea to fix this?

Hi guys,

the issue is solved.

The problem was the name of the application.

With name "JTX" there isn't any problem by uploading the file, so the application name needs 3 character.

Do one thing. Create new work application for JT on dc30 . try again.

Above configured steps are looks fine. There is no issue while upload image means data carrier connection fine but not updated properly that's what getting issue while display .

Are you using sap content server ?? If so plz restart server to get better result.

I hope that PSE certificate are generated properly at CSADM. can u post the screen of that.

The thing that confuses me is, uploading JPG is no problem but uploading JT doesn't work.

I'm on Open Text, not on an sap content server.

The certificate is generated on customizing and sent.

I can't post you the screen of certificates because with Open Text this tab doesn't work.

Define work station application in network with respect to RH .If so check for repository connection test.

Take basis person help for repository connection test and CSADMIN also. if no issues try to upload JT files.

From your end check for data carrier type on DC20.

Test was successful the repository works fine.

With JPG the uploading works and don't shows the error message.

The settings for data carrier type "server, front end" are like below:

HI Pascal,

In place of  ' * ' put 'A2' in archive identification and remove *.*  save with .*rh,*.jt  in fle format .

And also under original model check for  both options.

*.jt is added and the MIME type is now application/x-jt.

But I still get the Workstation-Application RH error message.

Any idea?

Go to SLG1 t-code and send the error log details.
