LUMIRA Server Auto refresh reports

Hi,

In Lumira Server 1.17. Is it possible to auto-refresh reports without refreshing the web page? Only when I refresh the page, then the data gets updated.

Hi Cherry,

I believe the only option to schedule a refresh of a Lumira data set is when it is based on a .UNX universe. The BI 4.1 platform will enable this functionality from within the CMC. Here you can schedule a refresh and the data will be updated on the HANA platform.

Your observed behaviour doesn't sound quite right, i see it the other way !

infact, I am asking for a 'pause refresh' button to be implemented, so that each step of 'adding an object feed' doesn't cause a query be sent to the database.

Hi Henry,

I agree with you that Lumira Server could benefit from a pause refresh functionality like in Analysis or when creating an initial view of a data source in Design Studio.

Are you using the Cloud?  Have you tried out schedule data publishing?  See
