File not able to pick while using FCC at sender channel

Hi Experts ,

we design one scenario that we need to process flat file to ECC. So we have used FCC at sender channel.

while we testing ,  only its showing as successfull logs in channel , but we not able to pick the file.

could you please check the below details and let me know it i missed any thing.

hi Sarojkanta,

we are tested using both test and delete mode's.

1) when using delete mode file is deleting but not able to see in channel( its show o files received).

2)when using test mode , file is present in folder , but not able to see in channel.

we have checked for other files in the same folder, its processing successfully.

but the expected file only not able to pick.

Hi Raju,

Check for file attribute whether read right permisision is there or not. How you are processing your file ? are you deleting or archiving the file after processing.

If you are deleting then read right permission(rw-rw-r) is required. and if you are archiving then only read permission is enough for file picking.

Hi Raju,

Content Conversion has nothing to do with picking of files.

At first PI channel picks the file and then conversion conversion part comes.

Request you to please check your source directory and file name schema.

Hello Peddaraju,

Please check if the source directory and file naming convention is correct.

Also, click on the message ID shown in the communication channel logs and check if it is picking up your desired files.

Hi Peddaraju,

Cross check correct source directory and file name is maintained in the sender file communication channel. If everything is fine try to restart the XPI File Adapter service in NWA.
