i m facing  Authorization error while sending by HTTP (error code: 401 , error text: Unauthorized) during file to  inbound proxy scenario .

On the ABAP receiver user, check the roles

SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN_TEC

SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER

Also check whether that user locked in ECC system.

Can you check if the user used in HTTP Destination (sm59 desitnation of type H) for the proxy receiver system is set up as per below link
