Spool is generated 3 times for one sales documents

Dear All.

    for One billing Document Spool is generating 3 times

Hi Bhupal,

Apart from these checks, you better check the program also.

Normally when the program calls the OTF to create a spool, people leave a bug which creates multiple copies.

You can debug your program once for output trigger to confirm that it is not due to the bug in the program.

Hi Bhupal

Can you check in the access sequence for your billing output type, if multiple access are their with checkbox for exclusive not ticked.

This may result in multiple access being made and same output may be triggered multiple times.

Also you check in Goto-Determination Analysis to check why multiple output is generated.
