Can u pls tell me what are reports?

rajesh ,

u r asking a very global question without any specific requirements,but still as a SD consultants we will work on various reports like,

!) custom developed report thru abap depending on business requirement.

2) we will use sis for quick analysis.

2) we will use abapquery SQ00 for userspecific reports.

4) we will use sap query for instant report userspecific or global SQVI,

5) we will use BI queries if client has BI module or BIW module.

6) we will use portal reports with graphs if we r using EP.

these are various reports

Hi,

Simply report is process of retrieving data from the data base tables and displaying in the output is called reprot.reports are two types

1.Classical reprot: In this classical report only one basic list is displayed.

Basic list means one list is displayed.

2 Interactive report: It means first basic list is displayed and if we select any one line and double click on this line then secondary list is displayed.

For example.If you have displayed all the sales order details from VBAK table on the output then it is called basic list.After that if you have selected any one line the basic list and double click on this sales order number then data is displayed from the VBAP line item data for that sales order number then it is called secondary list.
