Opening a browser with a URL using PI.

Dear Experts,

We have requirement where we get an URL input in the payload and we need to open the URL present in the payload in an End Users system.

The prelude to this scenario is :

CRM CIC (CS agent) sends data to ECC.

ECC asynchronously sends the Data to PI. (ECC data has also has (host and ip details of the CS agent system) in addition to business data)

PI takes uses the business data and fetches a URL.

Now we need to open the URL in Console (system) from where the CS agent is logged in.
