Sales Order Vs PGI

how to know for which Sales order items PGI happened? for example if i crerate delivery for a sales order, Sales order status will changes as "Complete" in vbuk table, but for that delivery PGI is not happened. After doing PGI is there any affects in any of the sales order tables ?

I can go to VBFA table there i can found material doc. but it is very lengthy process.

Is there any other way?

HI ,

u can find these orders in vbup table where system says that for a particular line item of order ,whether pgi has happened or not.

u can also find this in lips table in field ac_wmgst field with status "c".

Hi Rajendra,

You can get to know whether a PGI has been done for a SO by just going thr the document flow. Go to VA02 and Environment - DOcument Flow ELSE Go to VA02 and F5.

For delivery you can also check in Item - Processing Tab, you will get to see whether for a Item pgi has been done or not

Hi Rajendra,

Please go to change mode of sales order n go to document flow n check the status of sales order. Here u can find the Whether for that order PGI is happened or not...

And also Try to check this table
