Unable to show alerts in ST04

Hi,

In our Hana server, i am not able to see alerts, and i got below error message.

general error: TRexCommonObjectsException in ims_search_api/CS_Statistics.cpp(392)

as well, when i am trying to open HANA studio, i got below error,

  Could not get activated features of system 'SHD'. 'Internal error'
  SAP DBTech JDBC: [3587]: invalid protocol or indexserver (statisticsserver) shutdown during distributed query execution:  [2613] executor: communication problem

But HANA System is working fine.

i found the solution, Hana index server was down, i restarted complete system by HDB stop and HDB start
