Hello everyone,
Please help me regarding this issue.
I have created a NB type PO with 15 line item with message type NEU in message tab.
Whenever I go for Print this PO , I am getting one or two blank pages in printer.
When I create a PDF file in cute PDF writer or Send the PO Print document in One Note, still I get one or two blank pages.
If in Print Preview of PO , I enter command " PDF!" to generate PDF Directly , I am getting correct no. of pages.
If PO has 4 pages I am getting 4 pages print + 1 blank page.
If PO has 5 pages I am getting 5 pages print + 2 blank pages.
Please help me why am I getting this problem as printing extra blank page take more time in printing.
Waiting for your positive reply.
It is very probably because of how your PO smartform has been created, unless you are using the standard MEDRUCK form.

Hi,
First check SAP Note 21121 which says as below:
When you print a purchase order (MEDRUCK), an empty page is printed as last page. If the purchase order has a supplement text, it is printed on this empty page.
Cause and prerequisites
In Transaction OMFV 'Maintain Text Types', the button 'Adopt reference' is selected for the corresponding text ID without a text type being linked to this text ID.
Solution
In Transaction 'OMFV -> Goto -> Linkage: text types' establish a link or deselect the button 'Adopt reference'.
Try this first.

Hi Santhosh,
I think this problem would be with smartform/adobe form which is attached to the message type NEU.
can you that once ?

Naga

Dear Mr. Santosh Kumar,
Please clerify that you are using an crystal report or SAP Generic PO Report.
If it is possible then please attach and pdf file to this thread.
