While I am doing the downloads for EHPI Upgrade but after choosing target, it gives me this error.

Dear Anshul,

You need to raise the message with SAP. SAP has locked the ACP for the components.

Once they release the ACP , you will able to get the attributes.

I am also getting error while doing java SP update from sp08 to sp09. Error didn't occur when xml was calculated for dev system but now I get this error for test system:

MESSAGING SYSTEM SERVICE 7.30 SP009 is not available for xxx<SID><host> based on user S000xxxxx.

MESSAGING SYSTEM SERVICE 7.30/# OS Independent : No SP of target range '=SP009' deliverable.

Can this be released if locked?

When i Pop up the help window it explains "MOPZ Report is for Information for you and you can continue MOPZ with it "

Hello,

I see that the ACP 'EA-FINSERV617' is released for customers.

I cannot find any issue with the settings for this package.

Perhaps there is an issue in the marketplace. The package might have been moved, or the file has been renamed. In this case, the only way would be to create a new Maintenance Optimizer transaction.

When drilling down to the error, we have this:

BPERPMCM 1.50/# OS independent: No SP of target range '= SP001' deliverable.

We checked the marketplace and all these components are archived already. We are not able to proceed with the stack file calculation. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm trying to run MOPZ to download Netweaver 7.4 SPS11 package and getting error message:

- Requested Attribute Change Package 'SAP_BASIS=740' not deliverable

- Requested Attribute Change Package 'BI_CONT===757' not deliverable

I chose NW 7.4 stack SPS11 at the beginning but when it passes the "Select OS/DB-Dependent Files" and I look at Systems tab it auto changes to SPS12. I tried several times with new MOPZ but same issue. Can you please assist?

The annoying thing about this is that I can't find the ACP in the SAP Marketplace as described in Note 1119856.

So I have to create a new MOPZ transaction to check if the ACP is released.

Or am I doing something wrong? A search for "*ACP*" or 'SAP_BASIS=740' ends up with no result.

Someone from SAP replied in my other thread saying that they are doing some maintenance on these files and will notify us asap once it is released.

This is actually the first time I get this error, I am not sure it has been like this all along, but I am rather surprised that SAP can do this without notifying the customer. now I have to delay my system update schedule.

EA-FINSERV 617 as such is not locked.

Perhaps you are trying to download a particular Support Package? One package could be locked. The whole software component is, on the other hand, not locked.

The status of the ACP says:

Package Status    ->     Package is released for customers

So far, it appears as unlocked to us.

If anyone else encounters this issue, please notify it ASAP, so that we start investigating.

The package does not appear as locked and I haven't seen any support messages about it yet, it is a bit soon to tell whether there is an issue or not.

There is nothing you can do from your side to solve this.

This error message is different. The issue is not a locked ACP, but rather license for the product version. SAPK-60D04INIRMIPM is not an ACP, it is SP4 for IRMIPM 60D. Check with your account representative at SAP whether you have a license for product version SAP IA AND PB BY VISTEX 6.0 D. 

The message about SAP IGS 7.20_EXT  is not an error , it is a warning.

Today we have the same issue when trying to upgrade our ECC 5.0 up to ECC 6.0 EHP 7.

The warning message  "'SAP IGS 720_EXT': requested instantiation '20007792' invisible" is due to PPMS object settings, which avoid you from downloading that IGS version.

It is a warning message , so not necessarily a showstopper .

Yes, the issue seems to be fixed.

But, you need to create a new maintenance transaction instead of using the same one which had issue it seems.

This error message is caused by some settings in the SAP Service Marketplace, which lock the file even though it should not be locked.

There is nothing you can do from your side to avoid this error.

We started this weekend with two errors:

1.     Requested Attribute Change Package 'EA-IPPE===400' not deliverable

2.     Requested Attribute Change Package 'EA-APPL===606' not deliverable

When trying to calquelate the queue again this morning the error for EA-APPL is gone.

Can you tell us when this is solved for EA-IPPE?

The ACP package  was locked today at 9:24 a.m.

I think one should plan with the worst case scenario that it will not be unlocked today. I would have to check with the package owner to know when it will be unlocked.
