One step approval workflow

Hi SRM gurus,

We are able to activate the no approval workflow for the SC with the value

< 500, but if we try to do the same for one step approval it is not triggered and says no approval workflow found.

We have made conditions with only change in the USD numbers and nothing else.

We have assigned agents for the task TS10008126 and we have mySAPSRM role with director and manager assigned to WS1000129 wf.

With SWETYPV, we have two WFs active no approval and one step.,

Any suggestions of what could be the reason.

With the WF test with SWDD, it shows the task under workitem as error, when we see the workflow log, it gives "Exception Occured".

Any suggestions.

Hi Sridhar

1) You do not need to assign agents directly. Pl make the task as general task.

Approvers will be determined from org plan (PPOMA_BBP). Ensure that for the node where your employee user exist, there is at least one user designated as 'Head of org unit'.

2) Check the start conditions (SWB_PROCUREMENT).

Most of the workflow not starting issues are here. Check the conditions in all active workflows for shopping cart. There shd not be any overlap and at the same time all possible conditions are given. Do not have too many conditions there...if you want to check value, just have value as the condition and nothing else.

What you told is correct, I just removed all the start conditions for that particular WF and gave only value and it works perfect.
