Work-item for 2 approvers, only 1 approval needed

Hello experts,

I have created PCW in SRM.

We're using the process_config badi for determining the flow.

Decision type 2 is being used fro approval of the SC.

We still have one requirement open:

At the highest level of the approval flow, SC is sent to two approvers at the same time: appr1 and appr2.

When e.g. appr1 approves/rejects the SC, approval of SC should be completed and WI should be removed from Inbox of appr2.

At the moment it is also waiting for approval by appr2.

Any suggestions how to meet this requirement?

Hi Bert,

I think you have an issue in your coding. As I understood your approvers receives 2 separate workitems (due to 2 different area guids generated in your BADI). For mentioned functionality your approvers should receive only one workitem for both of them - they need to have only 1 area_guid and the area should deliver both of approvers.
