Hi,
Can we launch SAPGUI from the NWBC thick client system selection screen so the users can go directly to SAPGUI instead of NWBC?

No but SAP GUI for Windows will be used for any transaction launched from NWBC for Desktop assuming it is installed and both are properly configured.
