Unable to check out originals from NWBC

Hi Experts,

When I try to check-out originals attached to DIR using NWBC, I get the following message: Security
list message; download; incorrect directory.

I am using NWBC 3.5 PL10

and java verion 7 update 60

Kindly help to resolve this issue.

Have you setup a whitelist that allows the file extension and the target directory? See the Java console in order to troubleshoot problems with ACF upload/download.

Hi Samuli,

The white list is maintained. I am able to upload the originals from NWBC but cannot check-out the files for editing.

Please tell me what to check in the Java console.

If you can upload but not download, I would suggest you check if you have maintained both the up and download section of the whitelist. Sounds like you only have one of them OK.

E.g. what path, drive etc and what content server are you uploading to?
