Migration of Track from 7.01 to 7.31

HI experts ,

we have 2 tracks one for wdj and another one for portal. In wdj we have 40 dcs and in portal we have 15 portal components. Now since they are upgrading the servers to 7.31 we have to migrate these dcs and portal components.

But we have one issue , in wdj track necessary dcs are around 25 remaining 15 are not needed.

so here please guide me how to migrate.

should i create new track in 7.31 and migrate each 25 dcs individualy and put that to track created in 7.31.

or else we have any option to migrate the whole track itself with options of migrating selected dcs in the software components.

Migration is done using below steps:

1. Create a new track in 7.3 along with required SC.

2. Download the assembled SCA's from old track and move them to check in directory of 7.3 track

3, Import the SC's in new track.

Since SC would include all of your DC's so you may think of removing the 15 DC's which are not required any longer. So before downloading the assembled SCA from old track, follow the steps to remove a Dc from track. Post removal, re-assemble your SC to download it.
