Transports after patch upgrade in GRC AC10.0

Dear Friends,

I had AC10.0 SP10 and we have created  transports in that version, now before moving changes to PRD system we did patch upgrade to AC10.0 SP15.

Now the old transport are showing in import queues as "Does not match component versions" and these transports are only contain MSMP related transport.

What is your experience in such scenario, should I abort the older transport and create new transport for all my MSMP data or I should go ahead with it and check if it works or not.

NOTE: We have upgraded SAP-BASIS, SAP_ABAP component too to the highest patch level.

Dear Mangesh,

it is highly recommended to clear the transport queue before updating the basis components. Since you have updated already I suggest to go thru note 1090842.
