Offline SC approval from outlook "Message from Approver" inbox is not available.

Hi All,

I see that some SC's when sent for offline approval from outlook, "Message from Approver" inbox is not available for input

Any pointer why this is not coming.

Hi Abdul,

Its depends on the mail client you are using . Check the HTML coding for this your text box logic should be there.

If that mail lands to your Microsoft outlook I think you will able to see this text box for app rover.

Check in SOST are you getting this text box ?
