manager detail is missing

Hi,

Having configured HR as the data source, expected to get all user master data. It's working fine and getting all the details except the manager entry. Can anyone help me how this could be resolved?

Dear Marc,

did you check the document

It is necessary to have the plug-in GRCPIERP installed in your backend so that the system can get the manager from HR.

I am also on SP13 and it's working fine. Hence it should also work in your system.

Hi Alessandro,

That's really nice documentations you are referring to, but it's already in place and yes ERP plugis are also installed in the HR system. But manager entry is still void.

Did you install any corrections related notes?

Hi Marc,

how about info type 0105 (Communication)? Is it maintained for all the managers? It is required that the SAP user account is updated accordingly.

Hi,

Have you maintained the Path ID in your connector settings i.e., to A002 or B012.

It holds the relationship between the employee and their managers.
