Hi Raj.
Update your IGS version on SAP Marketplace:

Hello Raj,
check the logfiles in the work directory. I had the same Message and the reason was that the ProgramID in the RFC Destinations was wrong (has to be IGS.<SID>, in may case IGS.T47)
Best Regards,
Carsten

Hi,
IGS is probably not installed in system Kernel.
Download IGS SAR for your kernel, Uncar in exe folder and restart system and check.
Thanks

Hi Raj,
Could you check whether IGS is running on the server
ps -eaf | grep igs
If not, please check whether IGS start is defined in start profile of your SAP system
Execute_06 = local rm -f $(_IG)
Execute_07 = local ln -s -f $(DIR_EXECUTABLE)/igswd_mt $(_IG)
Start_Program_02 = local $(_IG) -mode=profile pf=$(_PF)
You may also reboot the server and check igs is starting or not.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Deepak Kori
