FTP Information - Master Data Import - Schedule Task

Dear Experts,

I'm facing an issue with Vendor Master Data Import comming from ECC.

The files are being saved correctly to the following FTP folder:

We have an FTP server with the following folders:

ftp://host-ip/CLM/Upload

ftp://host-ip/CLM/Archive

ftp://host-ip/CLM/Queue

ftp://host-ip/CLM/Remote

When configuring Schedule Task for Master Data Import, apparently the FTP information is not correctly set because the result is and error saying that "upload directory (/CLM/Upload/) does not exist".

Any suggestions?

Thanks & Regards

Ale

Hi Ale,

Try and remove all the forward slash at the end of your directory paths like " /CLM/Upload " and see if this will work.

Hi Gianno,

No, it doesn't work.

Do you know the meaning of Remote Directoy? The error appears on Upload directory.

Alejandro,

make sure that the Queue, Archive and Upload folder are actually the ones on the application server (i.e. e.g. C:\Upload) as those are not meant to be (and that`s even stated in the UI) pulled from the FTP.

For the remote directory - just give the directory you`d see in any FTP client when you log onto the account and where the file(s) are. /CLM/Upload in your case.

Again don`t mix this remote folder up with the ones Sourcing wants on the local application server.

Does this help?
