ITSM - Messages not displayed in Dispatcher

Hello,

We are in the process of setting up ITSM VAR scenario. (Solution manager 7.1 SP10)

We are able to create a message but the process user is not able to display the messages.

We've maintained partner determination through PFAC via responsibilities and added the user to the Organization unit.

Could you please give some idea what to check in this case?

Please check if dispatcher has authorization for below auth. objects:
