Hi,

you can check the queues with SMQ1 & SMQ2. Take a look at the queues and chech if there are blocked entries. It so, check the detailed error description and try to fix the problem.

hi,

check the receiver communcation channel status in adapter monitoring using below url.

http://<hostname>:<j2EE stack port number>/mdt/amtServlet

enter the user name & pwd..it will display the list of J2EE stack adapters..there click on File adapter and check the Receiver Communion channel status...

If the status up and running and message is processing..then the cc status is ok..

Check in SXMB_MONI in resonse tab output structure is coming...

Check the File location what ever you mentioned correct bacause this is case-sensitive and provided required access also.

Venu.

<b>Check once the target directory</b> (Better copy it from the URL) given correctly..

Hi,

Are you using any file content conversion?

Also check the SXMB_MONI - the message color - is it green or black or Red.

Check the Reciever File Adapter status in the Adapter monitoring in RWB.
