Is there any way to display the contract accounts details in accounts display (FPL9) by Division?

Use T Code - FPL9

Environment-> master data-> contract Account

But my question was, I would like to have division wise break down in accounts display of a contract account.

Your question is not clear - an account does not exist in a division, only contracts and transactions.  What do you want to see?  You could display the division value in the line layout.

Yes, you are right. I want to display the division in the line layout. I created the line layout wiht this field but the values are not showing up in the accounts display.
