Dear Experts,

our requirement is to edit the long text of SRM_SOCO_COMPLETE alert, sent when a shopping cart is rejected from SoCo.

Namely, we would like to add at least the number of the shopping cart being rejected (otherwise, the notification is of little help for the receiver...).

How can we add this information to the e-mail?

Hi,

please implement BADI BBP_ALERTING and method BBP_EVENTS_ANALYZE. In here you can probably add your own message to the CT_MESSAGES table and remove the standard one.

In fact at first I checked tx ALRTCATDEF, hoping to achieve this with some customizing activity.

I'll try with the BAdI you suggested.

Hello,

You can change the text of alert category SRM_SOCO_COMPLETE in transaction ALRTCATDEF.
However, in order to add the cart number, a dynamic process will be needed. I suppose only with use of BAdI above this will be achivable.
