Hello,
in one of our systems, table AQLDB is grown a lot and currently it's about 60 GB.
Is there any way to clean it, or do something to reduce it's size?
Thank you for a feedback
Best regards
Fabio

Hi Fabio,
I came across your question about reducing table AQLDB.
Just wondering if you raised an OSS message? and if so would you be prepared to share the response with me.
I work for ESB (electricity utility) in Dublin, Ireland and I am responsible for SAP data archiving and data volume management.
My email address is dave.ogroman@esb.ie.

Hello Alwina,
I did a check, but, unfortunately, on our tables "Log data changes" checkbox is unselected, although it could be due to SP applied.
However, I will follow your suggestion and open an OSS message to BC-SRV-QUE SAP team.
Many thanks for your help.
BR
Fabio

Hello Fabio,
please check the technical settings of the tables AQGDB, AQLDB, AQRDB, AQSGDB, AQSLDB and AQTDB whether the "Log data changes" checkbox is selected.
Please have a look at the note 1394929:
https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1394929
this note describes, that the tables can grow because of this setting.
I think you should ask BC-SRV-QUE team at SAP how to reorganize this table and which data it contains.
regards,
Alwina
