Unable to create entries in User default

Hi Experts ,

I am not able to create default id in GRC-->Access Control-->maintain user default.

Only one entry it takes with Default Id 0 after that when inputting new entries ,it says entry already exist with key.

Even changing connector does not allow to create new entry.Can anyone suggest please..

Hi Mamoon,

Did you maintain connector settings: adding the connectors and assign attributes to the corresponding connectors..?

If, then you need to save the default entry and come back, put in TR and again resume create new entries for user defaults.

Thanks for your reply but connectors are already addded and what attributes I need to assign to connectors?I am able to create one default id for one connector but after that it does not allow me to create any more default id..

Ok, then in that case, once you create one ID as default..come out--save--if asks then capture the changes in TR and again try creating a new default ID.

It must work.
